Reaching out can be the hardest part, so I’ve made it as easy as I can
Contact · Free 15-minute Consult
Text or email me a few days that work, Monday through Friday, and whether mornings or afternoons are better. I’ll get back to you and finalize your free 15-minute consult.

I read every message myself and reply within two business days to set up a call at one of the times you chose.
We have a free 15-minute call by video or phone. Ask me anything about how I work, and I’ll ask a few questions too.
We both decide whether it feels like a fit. If it does, we schedule your first session. If it doesn’t, I’ll point you toward someone who might be a better match.

Where it helps, I coordinate with the people who support you or your child, like a doctor, psychiatrist, school, or occupational therapist, so everyone has the same full picture to work from.
In crisis
If you are in immediate danger or need urgent support, do not wait for a reply to your text or email. Call or text 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, available 24 hours a day, or call 911.
You don’t need to have it all figured out
Arriving unsure, mid-mess, and without words for what you’re walking through is exactly where most people begin.
